Positions Postdoctoral Researcher
Number of Positions Available Three (3)
Research Field Research in information and communication technology, with particular emphasis on optical transmission, digital signal processing, optical network design and control, and optical device design.
Qualifications Applicants must either hold a Ph.D. or be expected to complete their Ph.D. by the time of appointment, in a relevant field.
Starting Date Commencement as soon as possible after the hiring decision.
Terms of Employment 1 year, extension may be possible up to 3 years.
Salary [Salary]
JPY 350,000/month
Meal allowance JPY 4,000/month
Commuting expenses or partial support for housing is available.

[Social Insurances]
Health Insurance, Pension (The Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan), Unemployment Insurance, Worker's Accident Insurance

[Holidays]
Saturday(approx. twice a month), Sundays, Vacations(Summer, Winter etc.) as determined by University.
